PAYMENT POLICY

At Crowne Initiative Services, we value your time and are committed to providing a smooth and efficient scheduling experience. To confirm your appointment, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.

If you need to reschedule, please refer to the cancellation policy below to avoid additional charges. Payments for missed or late-canceled appointments may be non-refundable.

Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain the quality of care and accessibility we strive to provide for all clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to adjust your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% session fee.
Appointments canceled within 4 hours of the appointment time or missed entirely will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for all future sessions.
Consistent communication allows us to better serve all clients and ensure appointment availability.

REFUND POLICY

All session payments are considered non-refundable once the appointment time has been confirmed. Refunds may only be issued in cases of provider cancellation or verified emergency circumstances, at the discretion of Crowne Initiative Services.

If a session is canceled in accordance with the policy above, prepaid fees may be credited toward a future appointment when applicable.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring your scheduled time, as it allows us to continue providing high-quality, accessible mental health support to our community.

INSURANCE NOTICE

Crowne Initiative Services is credentialed with most major insurance plans in Virginia for psychiatric and ADHD services. Weight Management & Peptide Therapy remain private pay only.

Services are provided as private pay / out-of-network. Superbills can be provided for client reimbursement when applicable. Crowne Initiative Services is also approved to accept Virginia Medicaid.

Please verify your plan benefits and coverage before scheduling to ensure clarity about reimbursement and eligibility.

SLIDING SCALE AVAILABILITY

We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. A limited number of reduced-rate or income-based appointments are available upon request.

Eligibility and adjusted rates are determined individually and based on financial need. Please contact us to discuss current availability and options.
